Coarse grinder is mainly suitable for medium crushing and fine crushing of various hard and soft ores whose compressive
strength is not higher than 320 MPa.It is widely used in metallurgy,mining,chemical industry,cement,gangue,construction,sand
making,refractories and ceramics and other industrial and mining enterprises.It is suitable for limestone,calcite,calcium
carbonate,dolomite,barite,talc,gypsum,diabase,quartz stone,bentonite and so on.
Working principle
The main machine drives the spindle by motor and triangular belt,so that the rotor rotates.The centrifugal force produced by
the rotation of the hammer head extends to all sides.After the large material enters the crushing chamber from the feed port,it is
crushed by the hammer with high speed movement.The crushed qualified materials are discharged by the cracked castor bars in
the lower part,while the unqualified ones are left in the crushing chamber,which are repeatedly acted by hammers and bearing
iron blocks until they can be discharged qualified.In order to avoid blockage,the moisture content of crushed materials generally
does not exceed 5%.
