The working principle of jaw breakage is not complicated. The electric motor drives the pulley through a belt, and the moving jaw moves up and down through an eccentric shaft to squeeze and crush the material. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw increases, thereby pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate, and at the same time, the material is squeezed and crushed; As the electric motor continues to rotate, the crusher's jaw undergoes periodic motion to crush and discharge materials, achieving mass production. The content of fine powder and dust in crushing work is relatively low, and the impact on the environment is also low.

Before starting, a comprehensive inspection of the equipment must be conducted. If there are large pieces of ore, they must be removed; Check if the connecting bolts are loose, if the protective covers of the pulley and flywheel are intact, if the tension of the V-belt and tension rod spring is appropriate, if the oil level in the storage tank is full, if the electrical equipment and signal system are normal, etc.
2、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Lubrication: Pay attention to the lubrication of equipment during the production operation of jaw breakage, just as people need face cream and hand cream, maintaining nourishment and lubrication can present a good state. Generally, the lubricating grease added to the bearing seat for jaw fractures is about 50% of its spatial volume, and should be replaced every 3-6 months. An appropriate amount of lubricating grease should be injected between the elbow plate and the elbow plate seat.
2. During the production process of dust removal and jaw crushers, a large amount of dust is generated, which can cause significant pollution. With the intensification of environmental policies in recent years, dust removal is an indispensable part. We can tailor it to different situations.
