一、Definition of high-pressure Raymond mill

The high-pressure Raymond mill is an upgraded version of Raymond mill and belongs to the second generation of ore grinding equipment. It enhances the grinding roller pressure (800-1200kg) through a high-pressure spring system, combined with closed-loop air selection and circulation technology, to achieve efficient crushing and low dust emissions. It has the advantages of low investment cost and strong sealing, and supports integrated processes of crushing, grinding, and sorting.

二、 Core advantages

1. Efficient and energy-saving

The energy consumption is only one-third of that of air flow grinding, and the combination of laminated crushing technology and dynamic grading system saves more than 30% energy while reducing roller wear.

The particle size of the finished product can be adjusted from 80 to 425 mesh, and some models can reach over 1000 mesh, meeting the needs of ultrafine powder processing.

2. Environmental performance

The collection efficiency of the cyclone separator reaches 90%, and the filtering accuracy of the pulse bag filter is 30mg/m ³, ensuring zero dust overflow and meeting the emission standards for exhaust gas.

3. Wide applicability

Suitable for non flammable and explosive materials with humidity ≤ 6% and Mohs hardness ≤ 9.3, such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, talc, marble, barite, gypsum and more than 280 other materials.

4. Structural optimization

The host, analyzer, blower, and dust collector form a closed-loop system that supports direct processing of raw materials below 20mm without the need for pre screening.
